Submitting a form does not create a confirmed appointment or require either party to proceed with service. We will contact you to confirm availability, scope, access, and any applicable diagnostic or service charges. Response and same-day availability depend on scheduling, location, weather, equipment, and parts.
4. Prices, estimates, and promotions
Website prices and ranges are general examples unless expressly identified as a written quote. Actual pricing can depend on diagnosis, equipment size and condition, access, labour, permits, materials, code requirements, and taxes. A final scope and price will be communicated before authorized work begins. Financing is subject to provider approval and separate terms.
5. Safety and urgent situations
Website content is not emergency advice. If you suspect a gas leak, carbon monoxide, fire, electrical danger, or another immediate threat, leave the area when appropriate and contact 911, the utility, or the relevant emergency authority. Do not rely on a website form for an urgent safety response.
